I've been involved with media production of various sorts for a long time. From a fly-fishing perspective, a lot of that media has been of an educational nature, with breaks in between for more entertaining projects. I don't do much commercial, educational fly-fishing media these days, but I still do labor-of-love projects.

Instruction

Written media and video each provide certain pathways to learning and understanding. It is with in-person, focused instruction, though, that the final jump in skills is often made most quickly. That applies across sports, fly casting included.

While the Fly Casting Institute is on hiatus, I still offer individual and small-group instruction (up to 6 people) for those who wish to enhance their casting skills. I have a limited number of days available during the year, and it's best to contact me to see if a specific timeframe can work.

Rate is $1500 per day, plus travel and accommodations.
